Ingredients
Sloe gin, lemon, sugar, and soda in a ruby, gently tart fizz.
Taste: tart sloe · fresh lemon · soft almond

Fresh lemon juice
22.5ml
Simple syrup
10ml
Soda water
60ml
How to make it
Shake the sloe gin, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup with cold ice.
Fine strain into a chilled fizz glass and add the cold soda water slowly.
Set one thin lemon wheel on the rim and serve while the bubbles are lively.
