Ingredients
Gin and lemon shaken short, then opened with a bright rush of soda.
Taste: fresh lemon · juniper · dry sparkle
London dry gin
60ml
Fresh lemon juice
25ml
Simple syrup
15ml
Soda water
60ml
How to make it
Shake the gin, lemon, and syrup with cold ice.
Strain into a chilled fizz glass without ice and top slowly with soda water.
Express a narrow lemon peel over the surface and discard it.
