You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to agree to these terms, and be of legal drinking age where you live. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure.

DosVermuts provides editorial cocktail recipes, scaling tools, AI-generated twists, tasting-flight ideas, and saved collections. We may suspend a feature to protect users, control abuse, comply with law, or maintain the service. Material changes to a paid digital service will be based on a valid reason, notified in advance where required, and will preserve any mandatory right to terminate without charge.

AI output is generated from your prompt and available recipe context. It may contain mistakes, unsafe substitutions, inaccurate quantities, or unsuitable ingredients. Check every recipe, allergen, measurement, and preparation step before use. Never use a non-food-safe ingredient.

Tasting flights are suggestions, not targets. Choose fewer or non-alcoholic pours, drink water, eat, stop when you choose, and never drink and drive. DosVermuts does not provide medical, nutritional, intoxication, or professional bartending advice. Consult a qualified professional about pregnancy, medication, health conditions, or alcohol use.

The Free allowance includes the public catalog, saves, up to five lifetime AI twists, one lifetime AI tasting flight, and one generated image. The interface will show the allowance that applies before an AI request.

The Pro offer will be €6.99 per month or €59.99 per year, with the exact tax-inclusive total shown at checkout. Pro includes 40 AI twists, four tasting flights, and ten image renders per calendar month, subject to security and anti-abuse rate limits. The price, currency, billing interval, and benefits shown at checkout control if they differ from this provisional page.

A paid subscription renews automatically for the selected interval until canceled. Checkout must show the total price, VAT treatment, renewal interval, merchant of record, and how to cancel before you pay. Canceling stops future renewal and normally leaves access active through the paid period unless applicable law or the checkout terms say otherwise.

EU consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right, subject to the rules for digital services and any valid prior request for immediate performance. The final withdrawal notice, model form, refund route, and any required express acknowledgment must be supplied by the confirmed seller before launch.

You keep rights in prompts, notes, ratings, and original recipes you submit. You give DosVermuts a limited licence to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and secure the requested service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.

• Do not automate requests, evade quotas, scrape private data, or interfere with service security.
• Do not use the service to facilitate underage drinking, dangerous consumption, or unlawful activity.
• Do not upload malicious code, infringing content, or another person's personal data without a lawful basis.
• Do not present AI output as guaranteed safe, medically appropriate, or professionally certified.

The DosVermuts interface, original editorial copy, illustrations, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Recipe facts may have separate sources and attribution. No trademark, source label, photograph, or protected text is licensed to you beyond ordinary personal use of the service.

We aim for reliable access but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may suspend access for material breach, fraud, security risk, or abuse. Material term changes will be dated and communicated where required. Support is available at support@dosvermuts.com. The final governing-law wording, dispute route, and operator details remain launch blockers and must be verified before these terms are accepted by customers.
