Ingredients
Sloe gin and sweet vermouth with an orange-bitters backbone.
Taste: tart sloe · red herbs · orange spice · dry berry

Orange bitters
2 dashes

How to make it
Stir all ingredients with plenty of cold ice until chilled and lightly diluted.
Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
Express a lemon peel over the surface and place it on the rim.
