Ingredients
Genever, fresh citrus, and soda in a brisk, malty highball.
Taste: malted grain · fresh citrus · dry bubbles

Fresh lime juice
7.5ml
Simple syrup
12.5ml
Soda water
90ml
How to make it
Shake the genever, citrus, and syrup briefly with cold ice.
Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass and top slowly with soda water.
Lift once with a bar spoon and finish with a thin lemon wheel.
