Ingredients
Old Tom gin and dry vermouth edged with maraschino, absinthe, and bitters.
Taste: soft juniper · dry herbs · anise · cherry stone

How to make it
Stir all ingredients with plenty of cold ice until crisp and silky.
Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
Express a lemon peel over the drink and finish with one cocktail cherry.
