Rye and vermouth sharpened with orange amaro and dry cherry.
Taste: rye spice · dark orange · dried herbs · cherry stone

45ml
Sweet vermouth
22.5ml
Orange amaro
Amer Picon-style
5ml
Maraschino liqueur
5ml
How to make it
Stir all ingredients with cold ice until polished and properly diluted.
Strain into a chilled coupe.
Express a small orange peel over the surface and discard or place it on the rim.
