Ingredients
Old Tom gin sharpened with lemon, maraschino, and orange bitters.
Taste: soft juniper · lemon oil · cherry stone · orange spice

Maraschino liqueur
7.5ml
Fresh lemon juice
7.5ml
Orange bitters
2 dashes
1ml
How to make it
Shake all ingredients with cold ice until thoroughly chilled.
Fine strain into a chilled coupe.
Express a small lemon peel over the drink and add one cocktail cherry.
