Pisco and strong fresh lemonade over ice: fragrant, direct, and deeply refreshing.
Taste: grape blossom · fresh lemon · soft cane · clean finish
Peruvian pisco
60ml
Fresh lemon juice
30ml
Rich simple syrup
15ml
Cold water
45ml
How to make it
Add the pisco, lemon, syrup, and cold water to a Collins glass.
Fill with cold cubed ice and stir until the outside of the glass chills.
Finish with a thin lemon wheel and serve with a straw.
