Fresh lemon juice

Rich simple syrup

Cold water

How to make it
Add the pisco, lemon, syrup, and cold water to a Collins glass.
Fill with cold cubed ice and stir until the outside of the glass chills.
Finish with a thin lemon wheel and serve with a straw.
