Ingredients
Whiskey, lemon, and sugar over crushed ice in a spare, cooling punch.
Taste: malt or grain · fresh lemon · cool sweetness
Irish or Scotch whiskey
60ml
Fresh lemon juice
20ml
Simple syrup
10ml
How to make it
Shake the whiskey, lemon, and syrup with cold ice.
Strain into an old-fashioned glass packed with crushed ice.
Cap with fresh crushed ice and tuck in two thin lemon slices.
