Fresh lemon juice

Simple syrup

Soda water
90ml

How to make it

1Shake the gin, lemon, and syrup with cold ice.
2Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass and top with soda.
3Lift once with a spoon and finish with a thin lemon wheel.
