Ingredients
Gin, fresh lime, and cold soda in a lean, unsweetened highball.
Taste: dry juniper · sharp lime · clean bubbles
London dry gin
60ml
Fresh lime juice
22.5ml
Soda water
90ml
How to make it
Add the gin and fresh lime juice to an ice-filled highball glass.
Pour in the cold soda water and lift once from the bottom with a bar spoon.
Drop in the squeezed lime shell and serve while the drink is lively.
