Ingredients
Genever, lemon, raspberry, and maraschino in a bright crushed-ice punch.
Taste: malted juniper · tart raspberry · cherry stone

Fresh lemon juice
20ml
Raspberry syrup
10ml
Simple syrup
5ml
Maraschino liqueur
5ml
Fresh pineapple
small piece
15ml
How to make it
Shake all ingredients with cold ice.
Strain into a Collins glass packed with crushed ice.
Cap with fresh crushed ice and finish with a slim lime wheel.
