Ingredients
A crushed-ice gin sour with a restrained ribbon of raspberry.
Taste: malted juniper · tart berry · lemon peel
Genever or Old Tom gin
60ml
Fresh lemon juice
7.5ml
Simple syrup
7.5ml
Raspberry syrup
2.5ml
How to make it
Add all ingredients to an old-fashioned glass packed with crushed ice.
Swizzle until the outside of the glass turns cold and frosted.
Cap with fresh crushed ice and a few seasonal berries.
