Ingredients
Gin and dry vermouth chilled to a precise, lemon-bright snap.
Taste: cold juniper · dry herbs · lemon oil
London dry gin
60ml
Dry vermouth
20ml
Orange bitters
1 dash
1ml
How to make it
Stir the gin, vermouth, and optional bitters with plenty of cold ice until very cold and lightly diluted.
Strain into a frozen Martini glass.
Express a narrow lemon peel over the surface and place it on the rim.
