Fresh lemon juice
25ml
Demerara syrup

How to make it
Add the apple brandy, fresh lemon juice, and demerara syrup to a shaker with cold ice.
Shake firmly until chilled and properly diluted.
Fine strain into a chilled coupe and express a small lemon peel over the drink.
