Ingredients
Warm apple brandy and baked fruit with a quiet nutmeg finish.
Taste: baked apple · orchard brandy · warm spice

Baked apple
peeled and mashed
30ml
Demerara syrup
10ml
Boiling water
90ml
How to make it
Warm a heat-safe glass, then add the baked apple and syrup.
Stir in the apple brandy and boiling water until the fruit loosens.
Grate nutmeg over the top and serve with a small spoon.
