Ingredients
Scotch and sweet vermouth bound with aromatic bitters.
Taste: malt · red herbs · baking spice · dry smoke
Blended Scotch whisky
60ml
Sweet vermouth
30ml
Aromatic bitters
3 dashes
2ml
How to make it
Stir all ingredients with plenty of cold ice until integrated and silky.
Strain into a chilled coupe.
Express a lemon peel over the surface and place it on the rim.
