Ingredients
Scotch and sweet vermouth with a quiet maraschino lift.
Taste: malt · red herbs · dry cherry · orange oil
Blended Scotch whisky
40ml
Sweet vermouth
40ml
Maraschino liqueur
5ml
Orange bitters
1 dash
1ml
How to make it
Stir all ingredients with cold ice until integrated and silky.
Strain into a chilled coupe.
Express a lemon peel over the drink and place it on the rim.
