Ingredients
A compact brandy drink with citrus oils, spice, and a quiet sweetness.
Taste: dried orange · warm grape · baking spice
Cognac
50ml
Dry curaçao
5ml
Demerara syrup
5ml
Aromatic bitters
2 dashes
2ml
How to make it
Stir the liquid ingredients with cold ice until smooth and lightly diluted.
Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora.
Express a lemon peel over the surface and set it on the rim.
