Fresh lemon juice

Simple syrup
7.5ml
Orgeat
5ml
Soda water
60ml

How to make it

1Shake everything except the soda with cold ice.
2Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass and top with soda.
3Lift once with a spoon and finish with a thin lemon wheel.
