Ingredients

Amontillado sherry
90ml
Fresh orange juice
15ml
Pineapple juice
10ml
Rich simple syrup
7.5ml
How to make it
Shake the liquid ingredients briefly with cubed ice.
Strain into a Collins glass packed with crushed ice.
Crown with more ice, then add orange and a few seasonal berries.
