Cognac softened by almond and sharpened with aromatic bitters and lemon oil.
Taste: toasted almond · lemon oil · brandy spice

How to make it
Stir the Cognac, orgeat, and bitters with cold ice until smooth and chilled.
Fine strain into a chilled Nick and Nora.
Express a lemon twist over the surface and set it on the rim.
